In some urgent or special cases for our partners in emergency data recovery from RAID arrays via the Internet is performed using software that is managed by our specialists through encrypted communication channels. In this case, the array is assembled on the customer's equipment, to which the hard drives that made up the array, or drives containing their images, are connected. The array contents are not transmitted over the network, except for the test fragments necessary to study the configuration.
Most common data recovery processes from RAID performed in our lab:

In most cases, we assemble the array on a separate controller and make an image. All further work is carried out with the received copy. Once placed on healthy media, this information is used when assembling the array. Thus, data is not written to your media during the RAID recovery process.
After data recovery process we can rebuild NAS RAID device and transfer all data back to the original NAS storage. As our company have agreement with manufactures, all defective hard drives will be replaced for free while they are under warranty, even if it necessary to open them for part replacement in our lab.
